Touch Pro 2 - Battery & Usage Stats

Thought it would be interesting to know:

How long does your battery last over the course of the day? Please include variables such as what percentage of your battery remains at the end of the day, the duration of use (14 hours between charging, etc), what usage took place during this time: # of Texts, Phone Time, web browsing, ROM you are using and any tips you can provide to extend battery life.

----------------------
----------------------
MY STATS

Sprint TP2 running MightyROM 12/19 1% battery driver installed

with stock ROM my battery is usually at 25% by the end of the day (14-15 hours off charger) with moderate use (30-50 texts and 15-30 minutes of calls, some moderate web-browsing) also with bluetooth on. Another note is my battery life seems to drop quickly from 100-75% and then things drain a little slower. My average discharge current ranges between 150 and 200 mA.

since installing MightyROM just under a week ago things seem to bee improved but need more time to get accurate numbers.

I've always thought that battery life depends on running programs, running processes, phone usage, text usage, speakerphone usage, wifi running, bluetooth running, wifi tethering, screen on, keyboard and button lights on, how many restarts....etc etc

With so many variables, how could you pinpoint differences?

Have done a little testing myself and the largest factor in your battery drain is how you set your device to dim/turn off the backlight and device settings under the power icon in the settings. I went from draining a 1750 ma battery in 5 hours to ending the day with 50% power remaing depending on those settings alone.

Here is a screenshot of the program. Not a full in depth program, but nice stats to see.

Thanks, yeah i agree, i use this program at least once a day to see if i have an excessive draw. MightyROM seems to have improved battery life by at least 50%
