Cannot update profile- any ideas?

I just flashed to Freeza's bare naked 6.1 rom, and I cannot get data working to save my freaking life. My settings are correct in EPST, correct username & all, the connection is set up properly too, but it always says 'cannot connect for unknown reason' when I try to get online. I click update profile, nothing happens. There is no internet option to initiate IOTA under the phone settings. I even installed an IOTA cab & a separate update profile cab- NOTHING.

Has anyone else successfully gotten data working on this rom? If so please enlighten me. I really like this rom so far, I don't wanna have to flash to something else.
