Too few buttons, and no flash/flashlight, are the biggies for me. With a lot of buttons, who needs crappy TF3D

I used to love my TP2 till I bought the droid for my daughter as a christmas present. After playing with the droid for a while I really hate my TP2 now.

In my opinion, it's just a little too easy to launch the wrong program, link, unintentional dialing of a phone number whatever when you're trying to scroll.

besides the obvious:
Hardware
1-Zoom bar is crappy and a waste of space, D-pad could easily replace it
2-Internal soft reset button fails (miss the external on the mogul)
3-getting the battery cover off/on (more so on) witht the stylus is a hassle
4-the power button could've been moved to the top left of the phone cause it often gets pressed when typing with keyboard
5-better camera, i mean come on! its 2009! no flash? no 5+ megapixel? well if your not going to bump up the pixels (because pixel amount isn't the only factor of camera quality) at least get a better quality mobile phone camera manufacture (achem ..iphone)

STOCK software is pretty fair. slow, but fair.

I agree on the camera but its not the resolution thats the problem, its the quality of it. This pic was taken with HTC diamond which also has a 3 meg cam:

processor come on could have given us a 600-700mhz processor easily.

HATE the Camera. Useless in my opinion.
Hate that it doesn't have a flash
Miss D-Pad
Miss more hardware buttons on side (I used AE Button Plus to remap use of buttons)
The Zoom feature only works for Opera
No FM tuner (it's on the chip, just crippled!)
Have to take it apart to hit reset!
Battery life could be a little better

Biggest gripe hands down is the CRAPPY, USELESS CAMERA! I don't even bother with it.

Dude, AE button plus is a thing of the past. Download the rhodium kb driver. I know you're not using it b/c once you install it AE button no longer works. I'm using the rhodium kb driver b/c I added functions like ctrl+c and Ctr+v for copy and paste. Check the rhodium kb configuration examples in this forum. Sorry to get off-topic, but I used to love AE button plus as well. Oh yah, you can map any key with the KB driver as opposed to AE button plus.

i hate all wino music players with a passion. the only decent one is the one in tf3d and i hate touchflo. give me a music player like the droids or the pre's and i can hold off for a year for winmo 7 or an upgraded phone with snapdragon proccessor and capacitve screen.

on a side note op, remember this is a professional phone, adding multitouch for gaming purposes is the last reason on their plate. i have games on my phone and never play them. this is another reason you never see winmo advertised on tv. if you want games droid or iphone is your best bet.
