Touch Pro 2 is all jacked up, please help!

Perception, i know you said you flashed Radio_Rhodium_4.49.25.57, but can you post the link where you got it. MordyT needs to peek at it.

awesome, hopefully someone can help. Trust me, im no n00b at this, and i know this whole thing sounds like "wtf?" but i swear its happening just as i describe it.

I cant even get the phone to turn on with just the battery in, no USB attached. when the USB attached even, its kinda strange I have to pop the battery out and back in and then the phone will go to the bootloader screen...I dont even do the vol down + power...i just pop the battery out and back in and it goes to the tricolor.

It may take me a second but ill try to track down where i got that radio from

Ok, when you say plugged in, you mean wall? Or computer?

Also what happens? Will it sit there? Or does it reboot without you doing anything?

You just said it went to tricolor. does it stay on long enough so you can type some of that information for him? that's what he's looking for.

also, when you get that radio link, post it ASAP. We've both got to leave in minutes.

Either wall or computer works, but it wont even turn out without one of those. The tri color screen, it varies how long it stays on so I can't always get the codes off of it. even when it does stay on long enough tho, for some reason, the error codes and messages are kind of overlapped on each other so as to make some of them unreadable.

as for locating that link for the radio, its hard going, theres a few places that have it posted but i'll be damned if i can find the specific one where i got it.

wish i could be more help, and im gonna keep looking for that link.

Listen man, I am on till 3 (about 23 more minutes) and then I have to run.

I lay out some facts:

1) If it was a whitestone radio (or any other not "fixed" radio, chances are you are bricked - for good. One of the chefs - -the person who made the radio thread - got bricked for good that way.

2) the only safe radios for flashing are in this thread

3) If you paid for a sim unlock, you need one of the 2 radios from this thread

None of the above threads seem to have a radio by the name you used, so where did you get it?

Also, a picture of the tri-colored screen would be nice.

Ok, I will come back on tonight at around 10 pm CST and I will try to look into this more...
