i use activesync and sync my contacts to outlook.

PIMBackup and MyPhone are also great alternatives

HERE it is.
Very easy to use.
Unzip it and copy the exe file to your device.
then run it through file explorer and follow the onscreen instructions.

just copy the PIM file from the root directory on ur phone to ur mem card, after reflashing, rename the new one, and copy the old one back. wait 30s and soft reset. simple. and no programs needed.

I use this method if i'm not syncing my phone to any service like Outlook server or MyPhone. What I like about this is that you keep your calendar, your contacts, your speed dials and your call history with this.
