What Manila file do I delete to restore back to default?

well I dont know about deleting a file and soft reseting to fix it, if there is someone please let me know, that would be great........ Unless you backed up the original manilla files and knew which ones you replaced to put them back, I think your only way is hard reset............... I always use sprite backup, right before i install a mod that could possible mess it up, I backup my setup just in case, so after a hard reset I just wait 10 min and then its all back to normal..........
