Arrow just a quick questions on speed.

ok hello everyone. and i had a question and would love to hear some opinions.
i got to play with the hero the other day and its SUPER FAST! and i loved that in a phone. like you can scroll through pictures and music with no lag at all! switch through screens flawless. everything is just so SNAPY! and i reallly really like that. but i also like the slid out keyboard on my phone.
and this is the qestion for everyone.
if i want my phone to be as fast and snappy (looks is a plus but i guess not neccessary) as possible and without lots of bugs what do you guys think is the best option.

-go with STOCK rom.
-go with a custom rom. (if so which one is the best for what im asking from your personal experience)
-go with SPB mobile shell newest one and use the themes they have to make it look like hero
-go with pointUI and use there nice hero looking themes.

so what do you guys think?

also. do you think its POSSIBLE that touch pro 2 will have andriod?
i know there is a few projects but im just wondering if its possible, (hate to see its possible but wont be here till like a year)

thank you all in advance and any opinions or USEFULL comments will be greatly appreciated!

Re: just a quick questions on speed.

TP2 is a windows mobile phone and it's strength certainly isn't the what you are looking for, assmuing you are looking for speed and snappy UI.

Speed and the snappiness can be helped by flashing custom roms, and it may stay fast right after flash, but as you add programs, it will eventually slow down the OS.

The reason why people dig windows mobile platform may differ, but my deal breaker is Slingmobile, wifi sharing, Igo8 GPS, and SERO compatibility.

You are looking at a wrong phone if I base what you wrote.
