Quick Menu help
 

hello!
I wanted to know if anyone has a fix for the quick menu, i think it may have been removed (disabled) through the tweaks CAB and i really want it back. I turned it on through settings but still have nothing.
can anyone help?
also I am on the stock ROM

I also think I may have used the wrong terminology, I mean the Menu that pops up when i have a multiple alerts and can chose from each
