Relock VZW TP2 for return

I searched but couldn't find a definite answer, maybe I'm blind.. if I missed it, please point me in the right direction and I'll gladly apologize.

Anyway, my TP2 has a major flaw (the touch screen film is separating, in only the very middle - like a large air bubble in a screen protector -, from the lens over the screen. Verizon has already sent me my replacement and I received it today.
I have MightROM 12.6.09 installed on my first device, and will be flashing back to stock (RUU_Rhodium_W_VERIZON_WWE_1.18.605.12_RS_1.88.07W V_NV_VZW_1.65_0811_PRL58002_Ship.exe) but I need to relock it and I don't know how.

I'm going to start flashing the above ROM while I await for a response to this thread.. I'm hoping to get my device shipped back out to Verizon today
