I know its probably sacrilege to say this here.. but im hoping that when HTC/sprint officially releases 6.5 for the touch pro that they also upgrade the UI to 2.1 or sense that way I wont have an urge to mess with custom roms. i used to go to custom roms for speed that wasnt available in stock roms but not that doesnt seem to be the case.

either way.. till they release an official update ill try mighty and the other great chefs here again.

Gotta thank you guys for all the hard work you do. i know for certain my TP1 would have been junk without your roms and im sure the efforts you put into the TP2 roms help lots of folks get the phone the way they want them.

Mighty's has been the best overall on my phone and needs.....
Speed, stabilty, organization, and ability to customize nothing touches it...
Cfay's was up their but nothing else came close....

Are you doing the flash dance at all?
Some think it's a worthless but I happen to do it everytime....
(hard reset phone, flash stock rom with mem card method, manual hard reset, flash MM 12/06 with mem card method, manual hard reset.....

Time to check out his new three...LOL

That's the wonderful thing about WM is that we have that Choice what we can use. We are not stuck with option 1 or option 1. That’s what makes these kinds of communities so great is choice. I think if any person that was using a droid or iPhone spent a few days reading these forums would have to really think what all they are missing out on.

hmm i havent done manual hard reset.. just the clear data control panel.. does that make a difference? also i have never flashed from mem card. always from computer, nor have i flashed to stock then to custom.. anyone else do this flash dance?

all i ever do is flash and then clear data from the system settings

manual HARD RESET for Sprint TP2.....
hold talk and send then hold power, release after screen pops up with prompts....

I prefer to not use my comp while flashing, IDK why but just what I do.....:laughing6:

I also thought if something happened to my TP/TP2 where i couldn't sync with my computer than at least I have the memory card flash availability already setup......

After awhile it just became more convenient to use mem card.....

I have the stock nbh and Mighty's 12/06 on the card just in case....

Here's the link to the sticky, if you want to read up....

Agreed - my go-to rom for now.

That's all you're supposed to do. What do you find so slow about MightyROM vs. stock rom? IMO MightyROm is probably the fastest of all the custom roms and I don't think its noticeably slower or faster than stock rom.
