No Internet While Phone In Use

Hey everyone... just got my new TP2 from sprint the other day. Flashed on the Juicy ROM.

Have a weird issue. On my TP1 I was always able to use internet on my phone while the phone was actually in use or I was talking on it. Now when I try to open a web page or my IM program or even download google map information while on the phone I get a connection error.

Is this normal or anyone else had this issue ... maybe its a simple setting... sorry if its a repost searched around!
