cant unlock using hard spl
 

hey guys im trying to flash my phone so that its unlocked using the hardspl but i get this message saying that its unable to do the automatic cuz this isnt the first time ive done it before, like i get this error message when i try to flash after the screen says to click ok while it flashes, and when i try to flash to mightyrom or do the manual mode it can both see the rom thats on the phone right now so i think my connection is right

this is the second tp2 i am trying to flash but thats just cuz i had to take the first in to the sprint store cuz of the screen being lose and they gave me this one, help guys! lol thanks

you will have to either buy another unlocker or contact cmonex and explain your situation.she might give you discount or just give another one.
