NBH Help?

Im having trouble getting a new rom onto my device, it's a nbh file and i've unzipped it, extracted it and basically have spent my entire day off from work trying to make it work and it's not. It's the Rhopazio111809.rar if that helps.

ok are you putting the nbh on your storage card...or into an ruu folder?

Thanks...this is what i was told to do by this nice guy that was trying to help me b4:


just drop the nbh file in here and run the rom update utility.....you also have to have either Active sync or Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 if you have Vista or above....use those to connect the phone to your computer...you are going to follow on-screen instructions on your computer...nothing on the phone itself... it didnt work for me though, i unzipped them both with 7-zip and then they were just there and i wasnt sure what to do, i tried a bunch of things, but nothing worked.

what is the name of the nbh file?

rename the file to ruu_signed.nbh then drop it into the ruu folder.

i've done that but still nothing, i dunno

make sure when renaming it that it doesnt say ruu_signed.nbh.nbh

nope just one nbh, now that ive renamed it what should i do? this is my first time using 7 zip i have these 2 files one underneath the other...one is blank ruu then the nbh underneath it, and my options are: add, extract, test, ive done all 3 to no avail?!

also...which point does it fail? do you get an error on the ruu screen? can you post a screenshot of the ruu and the error?
