I miss my htc touch home screen... can i get it for the touch pro 2?

i know its a bit backwards, but i really like the htc touch home screen. it was very simple, and FAST moving compared to TF3D. it had the clock, 5 main buttons (home, top 9 contacts, weather, top 9 programs, music), plus 3 notification buttons (emails, texts, and missed calls). this was the best update ever for my mogul. maybe im crazy, and just have to get used to the TF3D, but i miss the touch home screen.

i could just turn off the TF3D, but then i lose the big clock, and the convenience. hell, even if there was a program to change the 3 options (call history, voicemails, and calendar) under the big clock in TF3d, i would be a bit happier. plus messaging just seems so slow on this phone when i scroll over to it. i downloaded the cleaner .cab, and some others to make it run smoother, which have yet to be installed.

is there any program out there? any help would be appreciated.

I used that also (HTC HOME, or something like that)

There is a VGA version for DL in the software section.

I have no idea if it would work in a TP2 however.

I love HTC home too. Here's the version I use plus HTC Home Customizer, both work great on the TP2. One thing though, you can't really use much from the download catalog, the stuff in there isn't formatted right for VGA. The transparent background works though.

Do you use both TF3D and HTC Home? As in switching between them. I also use SPB Mobile Shell. 3 choices would be great thou.

thanks!! works wonders. do you know if there is a way to change what application opens with the music tab? it opens windows media by default, but i want it to open S2P

Hmm... no I don't know of a way to change it, other than in the htc home customizer. but that only lets you choose between WMP & HTC audio manager.

Boo- I switch between SPB mobile shell & HTC home, actually. I don't use TF3D.
