What Manila file do I delete to restore back to default?

Okay I did searches all over Google and on this forum using the words "restore stock manila" and "restore default manila" and various other word combinations but I could not find the answer to my question.

After installing tons of cabs and then removing some of them to edit my TF3D, it seems that sometimes all the components could not get uninstalled and I am now stuck with icons and sliders and clocks that I can't get rid of and nothing seems to be able to overwrite them.

I remember reading somewhere that I could simply delete a certain manila file under the Windows folder and reboot and it would restore back to the original manila files. Is this possible, or do I have to hard reset? Thanks for any help
