You need to set it up using Yahoo's IMAP server instead of POP. The only way you can receive using POP is if you have a Yahoo Plus account. I don't remember their server info offhand, but I'm sure you can find it if you search here or google.

IMAP: incoming: IMAP.MAIL.YAHOO.COM / Port 143

Outgoing: smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com / port 25. Authentification required - use same name/password as incoming.
