Not happening

I think the person that stated this nonsense is high! The phone has a few bugs but all around is an amazing piece of hardware. As soon as we see some navigation and Bug fixes, there will be no complaints.

P.S. Iphone sucks!!!

This is true! I read it on the National Inquirer. And on page 23 there the half alien and half cow story. OMG.

The 6900 sounds so sexy.

I want a tilt badly. aka 6900. Imagie how complete we all would be.

Rumor..discontinuing a brand new phone makes no economic sense. They'd just recall them.

I think there are more than enough problems with the Mogul, but a recall is a bit extreme.
If you remember, they did something similar to this with the Sanyo 5500 & 5600 (I think VZW rebranded it as the ESPN phone). The 5500 was a good phone and the 5600 was suppose to be even better and it was on the market for less than 30 days before they discontinued it. Then they had another model come out a month later. I think it was the MM-5700.

So they could screw us the same way they did then or like they did with the Moto Q. Releasing it, but not willing to give an upgrade to WM6.

If sprint is having some sort of internal battle over the future of this device we can most likely kiss the REV-A upgrade good by. IMHO

The truest thing I've seen today. Sprint had discontinued many, many phones in the past and not just PPC's. I don't think there will be a recall because that just doesn't make business sense especially with Sprint suffering lower earnings like never before.

We kind of have to realize that that there is a HUGE business sector out there that relies on PPC's like the Mogul. Although personal users here report fine performance, I think some of the business users are finding that they're Moguls are inconsistently performing. From the get go, the Mogul was released with serious bugs, and from I've read I think they're finding ROM upgrades may never fully address those issues (Rev A). So I anticipate the Mogul being phased out much quicker than the 6700 was. I think by this time next year maybe they'll not be selling Moguls anymore. Instead there will be a great deal of money and effort to market the new Vogue and another phone (6900?) maybe?

You never know though, the mogul could pull through just like the 6700 and they'll keep selling it for years to come.

Well, im all in for a recall. IM on my 5th Mogul And thed screen still aint right. Flickers like mad and in no way bright like my GF mogul. Hers is really bright and has 0 flikering colors when u tap or use the scroll wheel. So I agree... theres A LOT of bad manufactured moguls out there. I think everyone should return theirs for any defectiveness. We paid a lot for this thing so it has to be perfect.

Based on what data? The fact that you keep returning yours?
