Turn it in. If it's reported lost it won't be usable. Even if it's not, it's still ESN bound to the owners account. It's not like the SIM-based GSM carriers.
Besides.....it's the right thing to do.

right thing shite thing..
if it was you that dropped your mogul you'd never see it again.. id have sprint switch my esn to an inferior phone and find out how to clone the lost moguls esn to the inferior phones, then ebay my original, clean esn mogul. id rather have 300 dollars in my ira than a gold star on my already blemished conciounce. ![]() |

It's this kind of mentality that has begun to weed out the good hearted people in the world. I would put myself in the person's shoes. It had to be an accident. How would you feel if you lost your $500 PPC, and someone returned it to you a couple days later? That would be a great feeling, I think.

Yeah i think i'll just turn it in..... If it was me i would want my phone back especially after all the stuff i've added to it and all the pictures that are saved on it. Maybe i'll get a reward for turning it in.......lol yeah right....

Do you think after that person pay $50 to get a new phone sprint is going to call him, Hey here is your phone come and get it or here is a credit back to your account? I don't think so. If you do return it (which is the right thing to do)make sure they call the person in front of you...

Or tell Sprint to have the guy contact you. I'm sure he will, but if no one calls in a couple of weeks, sounds like it's yours. That way, if they've already given him a replacement, you don't give it back to Sprint for no reason. They get enough of our money for little in return.
