Can I sale a never used Mogul on Ebay?

without any problems. This is new in the box and never been used. Sprint gave me two phones...don't give me crap about sending it to sprint. I have to pay my over charged phone bill some how since they seem not to want to fix it. Will I have any problems with the ESN? I see a lot of ppl on ebay saying clean ESN when selling phones.

Well dont type the ebay auction like that, because you wont sell it for sure...

Its hard to say if you can sell it, the esn needs to be free from a "black list" or whatever... i dont know how you would be sure of that... but if you know its able to be activated they go for $340+ on average

If your account is not in good standing (Bills not up to date, or in a service interuption) then the person will not be able to activate the phone until the account is paid. You could potentially sell the mogul and turn around and put it on your account... BUT if they get it and try before the account is paid, they could come after you if they paid with paypal... Its risky, and not worth the legal hit if you get caught...

Well this phone has never been used activated or used before. So is this phone attached to my account at sprint? Even though they don't even know it? It was suppose to be a repair phone but I never asked for my phone to be repaired? They never asked for it back after I told them I didn't asks for a repair phone. They sent me 2 of these for some odd reason but one was sent back. This phone is still in a box with all the accessories still sealed.

Simply call Sprint from someone elses phone and say you are about to purchase a phone off ebay and want to make sure you can activate it, and ask if it's ever been used (that should tell you if it's associated to your account).

Then you will know for sure

Yeah they'll be able to tell you if the ESN is clean or not.

You know along with an online ESN swap, Sprint needs to make an online ESN check... Make life so much easier than calling all the time to check ESN's
