Fix SLow Ringer for MOgul?

i finally got my msl code from sprint and im trying to do the reg hack that let me fix the slow ringer so they say type in ##778# and it not bringing up any menu does anyone else have this problem?

is there another key to type in?

EDIT figured what was wrong it was the dialer skin
