Any Advise or Ideas?

Hello All,
Well I've spent some time on here and have downloaded several fixes for my phone, such as LED killer, X button, Threaded sms, think thats it so far. I am going to work on the MMS fix.
But I do have have a few things I have not been able to find and was hoping someone could point in the right direction.
I have a Vista Laptop, and Vista does not use outlook, so how can I sync my contacts for back up and to edit them?
Also how do I adjust ringers or go to vibrate easy.
One last thing I miss from my 700P is that I could reply to a call via a text, is that possible with the Mogul?
