properly. So I called 911 and the first time failed.. 2nd time went thru but I was put on hold for over 3 minutes. I had to hang up and ran over and bum rushed the offender. Well he fell and looked at me and ran. 5 minutes later the police came and I gave a witness report. Anyways.. later on my next bill I got charged an extra 10 dollars for those 2 unsuccessfull 911 calls.

. Ohh and I had to hard reset the phone cuz it would exit 911 emergency mode. hmm....
