Update:

'No Radio' message has been resolved. If anyone else runs into the same problem please PM me.

Please get the correct unlocker/bootloader that's where my problem started.

Get either nuespl v2.7 or olipro 2.4 for titan roms that support gps.

[Big kudos out to drewcam99 - thank for being a kind samaritan and helping me get it resolved]
