HTC Mogul/6800 newb! i have some questions....

hi everyone, lovin this site.
anyways, i have a few questions and would greatly appreciate any answers.

1. my 6800 is extremely buggy and freezes pretty much everyday. usually when i pick up a call or during a call. does anyone else get this?

2. i am with Bell Mobility here in canada, is there a WM6 update?

3. can anyone direct me as to what i should do to further enhance the performance of my 6800? such as any updates or any programs that can free up some ram. anything usefull, please direct me.
