I cant do the test. I dont get the option to choose a size larger than 100k. the other options that used to be there are not there. I had this same problem with the Q and found no way to fix it.

Nino

jamesus 09-14-2007 12:28 PM

Run the 100k test, then it will fail and give you other options (200k, 400k, 1MB, etc)

Your not on rev a with your mogul yet, its not supported till sprint and htc get off there ass and release an update to enable it in our phones... I doubt its going to come out untill after the release of the new touch sprint is releasing this november.

budney 09-16-2007 10:34 PM

125 kbps in Ft Mohave, AZ (1X), We have EVDO all around the area, but not where I live or whaere I will be living in a couple of days. I wish Sprint would just finish the EVDO upgrade for this small area. :( I will post my speed from where I work tomorrow, which is in a EVDO area.

If you look at the information above his post, it says that he has an HTC Titan with Telecom in New Zealand. The title of the thread does not say Mogul specifically.

PPC-6800 with Sprint EVDO using Internet Sharing tonight. PdaNet sucks, as I had to only reconnect 23 times in the last 4 hours.

venemis_viper 09-18-2007 05:27 PM

My life at SprintSpeed

i cant put my screen preview that i took because its not big enough ;(

ebmorgan 09-19-2007 03:56 PM

I'm getting 1194/86 in Seattle, WA.

Rose Gold 09-19-2007 07:26 PM

1166 that's low usually I get 1700+

allerj 09-19-2007 08:13 PM

I live in an evdo area, i have alltel, my 6700 used to get evdo speeds, now my titan will not. I thought it was because of the Mobile5, but I upgraded to Mobile6 and it's still slow. I've called tech support and they said they are still working bugs out with this, however, the phone in the alltel store shows it is connecting at evdo speeds. I don't think it would be a per handset base, it would be all devices... argh. I think I need to complain more and get a new phone!

1603k
rev a. update
titan, sprint leaked rom
chicago (NW suburbs)

but, i can't seem to run the test again through opera mini, says to fast/unstable, do i need to clear some cache from opera? so many of these tests seem so off, like running from ie vs opera..

can anyone recommend good websites for testing from the phone (non flash) for accurate results?

nxtech3 01-31-2008 01:37 PM

justpctech 01-31-2008 09:32 PM

re-tested with new Rom...

well this is just getting better as we go...definitely a speed increase using the new 3.16 rom/3.27 radio. done today at what would usually be a busy time of day for a network. if RevA wasnt working before, dang sure is now.
Straight from the phone, no tethering involved, using Opera obviously...
