best rom for WIFI ?

I want WIFI on my xv6800. I had it, but now the signal strength is too weak, after messing with GPS and different roms. I have verizon, and don't like to pay for data.

I want it back, it is my primary purpose for this device.

Anyone know what rom is best for WIFI ?
