The "Wireless Modem" Application 64 bit Version

I have used this setup for well over a year without a hitch: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=11146&highlight=ics

Now I have a new laptop and want to tether it with the same configuration but I have Vista Home Premium 64 bit OS software.

Does anyone know where I can get the Mogul driver in 64 bit?

I used search and I have skcowered the net w/ SE's.

Any help is, as always appreciated. =D>
