JUST GOT 6800 ALLTEL.. QUESTION..

so i upgraded from the alltel 6700 and only prob so far is in text messaging. when i use to be able to text i had the option of on screen phone pad to text with one hand. i dont see this in the 6800 is there anyways to get it to show phone pad?
