Mogul Dimming

After recently flashing to wm 6.5 23004, the backlight dims after 10 sec no matter what I do setting-wise. I modified the battery and external power backlight settings, etc. I don't even see any options for dimming, just power on/off and backlight on/off. I even looked in the registry under backlight and couldn't figure out what does what. Anyway, very annoying, so any help would be much appreciated.
