Internet not working when connected through PC

I don't know why this isn't working but I have my titan connected to the PC through a USB cable but won't connect to the internet citing a #777 error. All I've done today is remove a couple applications (mostly games) and now my connection won't go through.

How would I go about making a new connection or remedying this?
