my phone just crapped out on me for no reason

my freakin phone just pooped out on me i believe after i inserted this 4gb microsd card that did something..........no problem found and my activesync would start either saying wrong device connected plus all of a sudden everything just disappeared from (Remove Programs) list and even did soft reset and tried using back spb backup on it didnt recognize on it and said insufficient memory running and i was like thats BS straight up so any one has had this problem yet now im mourning from this tragedy i have to hard reset and redo everything like 40 programs i was running extra...........grrrrrrrrrrr
