Mogul(Sprint): Storage Card

Hi Guys,
Well yes, I am still living i the Mogul era. Lately, I have been facing this problem with my Mogul that every now and then when I would launch any application installed on my Micro SD card in Mogul, it would not find that application. The card would not appear even in file explorer. After, I take my card out and put it back, it starts working. I have scanned and defragemented the card without any luck. The card seems physically intact as well. Any ideas/suggestions?
