Now step me through what you've done.

1. You unlocked your phone using Olipro (2.40 I assume).
2. Now you say you updated your ROM/Radio? What did you use to do that?
-Some Roms include a radio update. Some do not.
-If you only updated your radio, now you need to flash a ROM.

Which ROM/Radio did you upgrade with? Where did you get it, and what steps did you do to install it?
