*** SORRY I DID NOT SEARCH FOR IT, IM AT WORK TRYING TO LEAVE SO I THOUGH I'LL POST THE QUESTION***
My little cousin has a mogul with metropcs service... I was wondering if he flash his ROM, for example with the DCD 4.1.2. is it going to erase his metropcs settings/configuration like his esn ect...?

Nope, he should be fine as far as radio settings, but his internet and mms will need to be reset properly. I'm on metro and I flash my diamond regularly, never had a problem with ESN etc.
