Updates for 6800

Has anyone heard of any new upgrades out for the 6800? Future ones? I first received my phone on June 30th and had to trade it in two weeks later (it would vibrate when it would ring and wouldn't stop even after answering). I noticed the difference between the pre-released phone and the one I got once Sprint was selling it in the stores, however my phone nor the website that checks for updates informed me of any updates. What if I never traded it? I would of never of knew about them.

There was a ROM upgrade available that brought the phones sold before the official launch up to the same version the ones sold later had (see link below).
