Random pop up, ever since i upgraded to 6.5

So ever since i upgraded to 6.5 I always recieve a pop up that says... Connecting to: Sprint pcs
Using celluar line
Dialing #777

It pops up at random times, i guess when it trying to sync email or when my phone connects to internet, anyway its incredibly annoying. anyone know how to get rid of it?
