i have a htc 6800 sprint phone when phone is powerd on the phone gos in to bootloader screen when i plug the phone in it boots fine y i try new radio get nota

Radio: 3.42.50 stock rom tryed 2 other rom didnt work

Sounds like the device is still locked or there is an incompatability with the ROM and radio. Check the Upgrades Sub-Forum for the unlocking and upgrading process.

the phone is unlock was able to put the Radio: 3.42.50

Awww, don't quit now, this getting to the part where I tell you to try a hard reset. Backup your contacts, pictures, etc. before you do because everything will be gone.

You have a hardware problem. I have a titan that goes to bootloader 50% of the time after soft resets. Plugging it in and then turning it on always boots the phone. I have tried bootloader updates and rom reflashes and nothing changes it. I am about to get mine replaced under warranty.
