no connection

Is anyone having a problem with syncing their device with their computer? Mine says "not connected" after upgrading to 3.35 today. I can't sync my stuff back onto my phone. I downloaded vista 32-bit and that didn't work. My phone is brand new and I'm not sticking a sewing needle in it to lift any prongs. help!!!!

After upgrading the ROM, your PC will usually see the Mogul as a new device. You will need to establish it as such and set up the synchronization again.
