Today Screen Theme wont change

For some reason my themes quit changing for me this morning. All I get when I change a theme is an aqua colored background and the menus are plain white. I have soft booted it several times with no luck. I have tried using the built in theme changer that is part of the Sprint ROM and UI Tweaker and I get the same result with both. I can set an image to the background and it will work just fine and it applies that image to the menu like it should. I've looked in the registry and it appears that it is showing to have the theme loaded if I'm looking in the right spot.(HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Today) The skin is showing the theme I selected and has another key called "Restriction" with a value of "2 (0x2)". Can anyone help me get the themes to start loading again?
