if you've had the phone for less than a year and you can ::cough:: cause a manufacture problem and customer service will send you a replacement under the manufacture's warranty but lost/stolen/physical damage claims won't help you

if you dont know or work for sprint dont post your nonsense here....
fact sprint can careless about the 1year manuf warrenty that goes thru the manuf NOT sprint.... so your ? is then how/why is sprint able to send you a replacement then? cause you have TEP or they just ordered you a replacement thru Eticket depending on the situtation if you have TEP its normally covered no TEP you might pay a fee from 35-99 dollars depending on the issue with the phone.... but lets think why is Assurion out of phones... hum none in the invetory but if you all keep saying something is wrng with the phone or go thru customer service you HAVE to send your phone back it is an exchange program if you dont then you will be billed for the phone... so then guess what there is now 1 more refurb 6800's in inventory now..... so my advice say you lost it lol... and dont go thru assurion leave there call volume alone go to sprint.com find the nearest tech store and go thru them if you have TEP and there is no more 6800's you can get a touch pro for free if you dont have TEP then the store will charge you a fee from 35-99 dollars depending on the issue... if you dont have TEP sprint will be offering a TEP bonus to where you can add it on any phone regardless the date it was activated contact the your local sprint store.... please let this thread die its useless i am tired of seeing this when i sign in to look for useful things..
