I flashed my USCC PCC 6800 for the first time. Working great. One question tho. I am trying to get optimal free mem resources. Right now I am about 15 or 16MB free without much running.

Run a DCD rom like 3.3.4 you will get 22mb free

That can't be on first boot. You have alot of plugins or a launcher running? What background processes are running?

I have some plugins and WkTask and lancher running. TaskManager just shows ActiveSync running (using 908k mem). For plugins I have pocket digital clock, HomeScreen PlusPlus, and TodayAgenda. Is there a way to see how much mem my plugins are using?

Try removing them one at a time to get a rough idea of resource usage.

What is HTC_CM_Guardian?
I could live without GAlarm but I would like to keep FTouchFlo & Voice Command. Are any of these known to be mem hogs?

ok, removing HTC_CM_Guardian from my startup got me to 18.65MB with everything else running.
