I do not know what the problem could be except for the tweaks done to it or programs installed

Tweaks done
"Speed up" reg tweak, found on this site. Increased cache size
No SMS notification
Window animation tweaks [took them off]

Batti
X-Button 1.5
Arcsoft MMS
PHM Registry Editor

At first everything ran smooth even with all the tweaks and programs. Now it takes forever for my screen to wake up. To switch from portrait to landscape. Open any program. Unlock. Respond to number or letter input [such a text messages]

I can find the links to all the registry tweaks if needed, they were all found on this site however. And I could also be more specific on the changes and values if needed.

This is my first PPC and I just loved it before it started to slow down.
