Setting Today Screen Program Priority!!
 

I have recently done the mogul rom up from htc. The problem um having is setting the today screen program priority. Before the update I had the HTC touch today plug in and spb mobile shell installed on the today screen, and spb mobile shell would be on top of the touch home plug in allowing me to view my photo contacts and recent program shortcuts etc. Now that I've done the update the HTC home screen is on top of spb mobile shell and when ever I press a tab it show up way on the bottom of the screen and is un viewable. If anyone knows a registry hack or how I should install the programs so that I have spb mobile shell tabs above the htc home screen plug in that would be great TIA.

did try to go into your settings> today and move the plugins up or down. I just did the update and I haven't come across a problem like this yet.

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Today\Items and choose your plugin

Type 4 makes it scrollable (adds scroll bars) and allows you to move it around. Type 5 makes it non-scrollable and I believe it puts it on top of type 4 plugins

Order is the other one you want to pay attention to. I have one plugin above my HTC Home Plug that I made a Type 5 and put the Order as 0. For the HTC Home Plug, I have it as a type 5 with an order of 1.

ok thanx the problem seems to go away when I switch from weather panel in the tab and use spb weather instead. Then once I switch back to weather panel everything is fine. Thanx for the quick responses. If I encounter another problem I'll use the registry hacks.

if possible, could you post a screen shot. i'm curious to see how it looks with the order and type changed
