I can definitely vouch for this. I used the imap settings above (changing the smtp typo) after installing and uninstalling the yahoo! go, and after some little tweaks it works great!

no tweaks here, just added it like a regular email and i can send and recieve just fine.

dang.... it's been 5 days and my imap stopped workin... I can receive email, but i can't send... anyone got any solutions? Just stopped workin.. I can receive emails all day long.. just can't send..

Had this happen with my 6700. Only way I found was deleting the POP acct and resetting. Hasn't happened since...(so far)

So, it seems out of the blue my IMAP setting stop working and I can't get on through there anymore, think this goes hand-in-hand with 2.0 finally hitting? Has anyone else's stopped working?

I'd rather use this method than downloading another program.

before I installed 2.0 I could get my emails, but couldn't send any out...

I could send and receive mails using IMAP as well for a while, but then for some reason, the SEND server didn't work.. But the Receive was fine..
