bluetooth messed up after 6.1

Me and friend bother have Moguls and have upgraded to the new 6.1 but now I can't bluetooth files from my MacBook anymore, nothing has changed on my MacBook and with same problem even after reflashing on both phones it has to be something with the upgrade. I get the following message:
"Failed to establish connection to device. Another application is transferring data with the device and it may not accept additional connections."
