Active Sync Issue
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue. I am trying to transfer some files from my storage card to my desktop via USB and I get the message " A device attached to the system is not functioning." It is a .RAR file that I am trying to transfer. IS there a better program to use than ActiveSync that would allow me to do this? Any help is appreciated.

Use a usb to sd adapter and not the phone to transfer the files.
