Any way to activate without Sprint?
 

Ive got my Mogul sitting in from of me and im unable to activate it because its the 4th.

why does this phone have a proprietary usb port... nothing like having to carry around this stupid dongle....

proprietary? its just a regular mini usb. i would suggest you carry your ac adapter with you or the usb cable. the ac adapter charges it a lot faster though.

It does have a propietary mini USB port, however, regular mini USb will work as well.

You cannot actiave without having some kind of contact with Sprint since they need to replace your old ESN with the Mogul's ESN on the system for the network allow your phone to work.

It's late know, but you could have probably activated it at a Sprint store today, many were open by my area today.

wwow thats a relief about the usb port... made me go from loving the phone to hating the phone...

i didnt get it until 8 or so.. roommate had it shipped to his work (sprint store) and i didnt think about possible activation problems until now..

counting the first two calls where i hung up and the call where i apparently fell asleep while on hold for sprint ive been on hold for over two hours to get my phone activated... no signs of life.

im still on hold.. does anyone have a number ill be able to get through on?

wow i want to brutally murder everyone at sprint.
