just going to drop my phones off at a sprint store tomorrow and let them deal with it. |

i dont think my time zone is set right so my time stamp is off.. but no last night i was on hold for 6 hours and 32 minutes... tried again this morning at 9:13 and just hungup at 9:33... tried calling the phisical sprint store and it said my wait time would be 15 minutes. when i was with nextel i got a new phone every few months but all i needed to do was pop in the sim card... this is unbelieveable.

That sucks with that hold time. I have activated 5 phones in the last month and 15 minutes was the longest I had to hold on those. You must have gotten stuck in some phantom queue.

Received my phone tuesday.. held for 2 hours before they closed..
Wednesday was the 4th, closed. Thursday; called ~12 times with an accumulative hold/transfer time of 6 hours and 32 mins, closed. Friday, started calling at 9:00, quit at 10:15 I stopped at the sprint store on my way to work.. 5 minutes and a csr had me taken care of.. hed never seent he phone so i let him play with it for a few minutes. im pleased with the phone itself thus far. |
