Mogul only vibrates randomly

Bigdog, that's exactly what happened to my gf's mogul about three or four times already. The only way to get it back to normal was to turn the phone off and back on again. But that can be annoying and what if it occurs at the worst time when you really need to hear the phone ring. I thought it was only her phone that's why I contacted sprint to get it replaced. It hasn't happened on my mogul yet so i don't know.

What apps or tweaks do you have installed?
