ok i just got this new 6800 and as i play with it by takeing pic and vids i find that its not letting me delete my vids???? i also recorded some songs (kinds ghetto) using the note's to test them out in a ring tone form and now it wont let me delete the it from my ringtone file??? i checked the encryrtion and its not checked so i should be able to delete what ever i want...can some one help me with this....

If the media player is running in the background it wont let you delete it try shutting it down from the running programs list then deleting your vids

Yep, just like on a PC, you cannot delete a file while it is in use by the application. As said before, use a task manager and stop the app or reboot and then try it.

LMAO, youve got to be kidding me...im sorry, wow so much for trial and error..

mogul might be too much phone for ya... the Pro room is doomed if u get one of those lol

thanks for the obvious advice but i allready did that i rebooted the phone and made sure it was not being played i was able to delete all of them but execpt for one dont know why...it says problem deleting file...

First, go into your profile and add your carrier and device model, Secondly, what file explorer are you using? Did you change anything in the attributes to be "read only" or anything else like that?
